JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead with strong expertise in manual testing of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of QA experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality/configurations, and proven ability to lead QA efforts in an Agile environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7–10 years of professional QA experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, workflows, and configurations.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing).
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead on Salesforce projects.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong documentation skills for test cases, defect logs, and QA deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Testing experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Familiarity with API testing (Postman, SOAPUI, or similar).
  • Understanding of automation testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
  • Knowledge of release management and Salesforce deployment cycles.

  • Lead QA activities across Salesforce applications, ensuring full end-to-end testing coverage.
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual testing for Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud modules.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and BAs) to validate requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Track and manage defects/issues using JIRA or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices, testing strategies, and Agile QA processes.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to align QA with Agile delivery.
  • Provide status reports, QA metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
