About the job We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Senior Analyst to join us and help establish a robust QA team. The Quality Assurance Consultant will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and work closely with the development team to resolve them. Ensure that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements and do not negatively impact system performance. Maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports. • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Experience in CPQ, Advanced Approvals, RCA, Agentforce, SPM, Certinia, etc is good to have. Experience in Data Migration Testing and Integration Testing for Salesforce is good to have. Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications. Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory, OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects is a must. Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce functionalities, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets. Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM is a plus. Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications We Are Looking For 2- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles 1+ year experience working directly with Salesforce ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
