PagerDuty is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to help ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise application ecosystem. As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in testing and validating our Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations to maintain the highest standards of quality for our business-critical systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Together with the enterprise applications team, you will have the opportunity to define and implement QA processes and testing strategies for PagerDuty’s growing suite of applications, focusing on our core business systems including Salesforce, Zuora, CPQ, Marketo, and DocuSign.
RESPONSIBILITIES
