Location: Remote (U.S.) Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Work Authorization: Must be authorized to in the U.S. LTS is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support a high-visibility modernization program with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role, you will help ensure that mission-critical healthcare and benefits systems built on the Salesforce platform meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, security, and compliance. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and program stakeholders to validate functionality, identify risks, and improve overall system performance in a federal healthcare environment serving millions of Veterans and their families. By ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable applications, you will help improve access to essential healthcare and benefits services nationwide. What You’ll Do: • Develop, review, and provide guidance on comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing • Validate Salesforce-based applications and integrations to ensure system integrity and reliability • Identify, document, track, and report software defects using enterprise issue-tracking tools • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve defects and maintain product quality • Clearly communicate test results, risks, and defects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in design and requirements reviews to proactively identify quality risks • Ensure testing practices align with federal standards, healthcare regulations, and security requirements • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies • Stay current with industry best practices in Salesforce testing and software quality assurance What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or application testing • Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking processes • Experience testing Salesforce applications or other enterprise SaaS platforms • Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to federal or healthcare systems (e.g., HIPAA, federal IT security) • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, Xray, or similar tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to cross-functional teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional technical teams • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Ability to design thoughtful test scenarios that uncover edge cases and hidden defects • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving Agile environments • Professional, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across technical and business teams Nice to Have: • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies • Familiarity with Public Trust or federal security environments • Experience with Salesforce automated testing tools (e.g., Provar) • Knowledge of SQL and database validation/testing • Exposure to performance and load testing tools • Understanding of Section 508 accessibility compliance • Experience working with Git-based repositories and CI/CD environments What’s In It for You? • The Opportunity to support high-visibility federal missions • A culture that values innovation, growth, and collaboration • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies • Comprehensive benefits for you and your family • A career path that rewards ambition and performance If you’re ready to push boundaries, sharpen your skills, and join a team that is passionate about building what’s next, we’d love to meet you.
