As a Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d), you will create a seamless customer journey – from the first customer interaction to a successful order. Together with international teams, you will develop future-proof solutions that directly contribute to our business success.

• In your role as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, you will shape the further development of our lead-to-order processes and, together with the specialist departments, create efficient and scalable solutions based on the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• They accompany the entire solution cycle from requirements gathering through conception and implementation to successful introduction and sustainable use by our users.
• Together with international stakeholders and product owners, you will drive the continuous optimization of our platform and sales-related processes.
• Your Salesforce expertise allows you to advise internal partners on best practices, market trends, and innovative opportunities for the digitalization of sales and marketing processes.
• In an agile and self-organized team, you will promote knowledge sharing, contribute new ideas, and actively participate in the further development of our Salesforce landscape and our collaboration.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications : You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Experience : You bring several years of experience in the design, implementation, and further development of Salesforce solutions, ideally in the context of Sales Cloud and lead-to-order processes; experience in consulting roles as well as in agile and traditional project methodologies is advantageous.
• Know-how and skills : You possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modeling, automation, reporting, and the design of digital sales and marketing processes, and impress with a strong analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, other Salesforce Clouds, integration scenarios or Salesforce certifications
• Language skills : You communicate confidently in English and German.
• Personality : With high initiative, strong communication skills and team spirit, you build trust with your stakeholders and understand how to communicate complex requirements in a clear and targeted manner.
