• Direct ReportsThe Senior GTM Architect provides leadership, mentoring and performance management for the GTM Architecture function, including:GTM Architect(s)
• Future GTM Architecture resources as the function expands

• The role is responsible for developing the capability, consistency and technical excellence of the GTM Architecture team by:Coaching and mentoring GTM Architects.
• Establishing solution architecture standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Supporting career development, certification and capability uplift.
• Reviewing solution quality, estimates and strategic customer engagements.
• Driving innovation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the GTM Architecture practice.
• Ensuring alignment between GTM Architecture, Client Advisors, Industry Leads and Delivery teams to deliver consistent customer outcomes.
