Should be able to drive and work independently and deliver the project need as per Business requirement defined and taking active ownership on deliverables till closure. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including expert-level technical design expertise, and a proven record of recommending and implementing standard processes to drive optimal system performance. Proficient with Salesforce automation and customization tools, especially Lightning Web Components, SOAP and REST APIs, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder and Flow, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Apex Tests, Apex Email Services, SOQL preferred. Excellent knowledge of git branching code/metadata conflict management Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Candidate may be assigned to Salesforce production release items to address bug issues or dev code according to user story or work item. Candidate may be assigned to projects to collaborate, gather requirements, and create technical solutions documentation. QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Stream (Prefer: CSE, IT, ECE). MCA. EXPERIENCE Good hands-on Salesforce technology. Experience in design and development of data models and data integrity checks. 6+ years of experience working on the Salesforce Platform and supporting multiple projects working as a developer. Experience with Salesforce Omni Studio development. Experience with scaling/performance tuning of highly available, observable, and stable systems and services. Previous experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare-related processes and data. Experience with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and proficient in building custom applications on Platform preferred. Experiencing in Salesforce Integration using REST and SOAP API. Should be able to integrate external, 3rd party systems with Salesforce using web services preferred. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects. A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation of Salesforce projects preferred. Strong implementation skills and analysis of business requirements efficiently. Experience in Salesforce AI tool working and implementation is added advantage. Good communication skills. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing business solutions. Good understanding of application architectural concepts and strategic mindset towards innovation/Process improvement Good knowledge in Agile methodology. Healthcare knowledge is preferred.
