JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and a solid understanding of PSS Cloud (Salesforce). The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze business requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and provide valuable insights for system improvements and process optimization within Salesforce environments.

• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Knowledge of PSS Cloud (Salesforce)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  Job Type: Fixed term contract
  Contract length: 6 months
  Pay: £300.00-£370.00 per day
