JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking Salesforce Software Engineers with 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to support critical business functions and project initiatives. This role will primarily focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
This is a technical, hands-on development role requiring deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and system integrations. Candidates must be comfortable determining when to leverage native functionality vs. custom development.

CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations).
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
• Proficient in LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce.
• Solid experience with external system integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Administration and org optimization.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jira, Copado, Flosum, etc.
• Ability to produce technical documentation, including TDDs and architecture diagrams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is an asset.
• Experience in the telecom domain is a plus.
• Developer certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to support global teams across time zones.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years of total software development experience, including 5+ years focused on Salesforce.

  Pay: $55.00-$68.00 per hour
