JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, NH, FL, AZ. TX
This position is responsible for continually improve and enhance the Salesforce platform. Works with Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Security. Analyzes project objectives, creates customer workflows, and troubleshoots errors

Responsibilities
  • Utilities Salesforce programming to include custom user Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Develops Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
  • Uses Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator
  • Performs Salesforce Integration.
  • Uses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
  • Integrates and maintains business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign.
  • Collaborates with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.
  • Adheres to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development
  • Takes ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codes. • Uses DevOps tools such as Copado.
  • Resolves challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently.
  • Remains current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  • Creates and executes unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming
    Preferred:
    Experience managing Salesforce Data to include knowledge of SOQL or SQL and a minimum of 6 months of exposure to the Salesforce.com APEX data loader. Salesforce Developer
    Extensive knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com tools, and applications.
    Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.).
    Knowledge and experience with Dell Boomi and Salesforce Integration a plus.
