As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering Salesforce solutions. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing configurations. You will also play a key role in business development by identifying client needs, defining solutions, and supporting pre-sales activities such as estimating and project planning. Our ideal candidate has over 5 years of consulting experience, successfully managing Salesforce implementations, and driving business growth through strong client relationships. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago office.

Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery
  • Ensuring outstanding client delivery is paramount
  • Lead teams with multiple consultants on an engagement from start to finish, ensuring quality of work and continued growth
  • Able to handle Requirements Gathering and Solution Design for Salesforce Implementations to best serve a client’s desired goals and addressing pain points
  • Must be able to handle project management planning and execution around for software implementations
  • Must be willing to perform hands on work throughout all phases of the project
  • Communicate and report project status to client leadership including budget, risks and general business issues
  • Respond to client needs quickly in a professional manner
  • Business Development
  • Participate in business development with prospective clients including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, negotiating and project planning
  • Understand client business process and technology needs in concert with the Salesforce product to create work plans, pricing estimates, and long term program road maps
  • Should be motivated to look for business within your own personal network to leverage past relationships for new business
