Your tasks

Solution Architecture: You will take on technical responsibility for our Salesforce platform and sustainably develop the architecture of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Data & Migration: You will design our CRM data model, be responsible for viable data structures, and accompany data migrations from mapping and cleansing to validation.
Integrations: You design interfaces and integration solutions between Salesforce and connected systems and coordinate these with architecture and development teams.
Technical solution development: You translate complex technical requirements into scalable technical solutions together with product owners and development teams and support their implementation.
Technical Leadership: You are the central technical contact person for Salesforce, evaluate solution approaches and ensure consistent architecture, development and quality standards.
Governance & Standards: You will help shape the development of our Salesforce Center of Excellence and establish sustainable standards for architecture, development, deployment, documentation and knowledge transfer.

That's you

Salesforce experience: You bring several years of solid experience with Salesforce in a technically demanding role, for example as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
Cloud expertise: You have very good knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud; experience with the Experience Cloud is an advantage.
Architecture & Integration: You have experience in the design of scalable Salesforce solutions as well as with data models, APIs, interfaces and integration architectures.
Data & Development: You are familiar with data migration and data quality and can thoroughly assess technical Salesforce solutions based on Flow, Apex and platform automation.
Communication & Collaboration: You can structure complex technical requirements, communicate them clearly, and translate them effectively between specialist departments, product management, development, and IT architecture.
German language skills: Fluent German skills at least at C1 level in spoken and written German.
