Job Description This role is primarily focused on delivering high quality as a Salesforce Solution Architect for different types of clients. The journey might take you from Salesforce implementations, integrating Salesforce with other systems or migrating other CRM systems to Salesforce. It is a challenging position that will help you become your best version. Requirements gathering and planning phase Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications and/or evaluate functional requirements captured by a business analyst. Design a high-level architectural solution by taking into consideration the available resources. Define the architecture and design principles and needs to create the project’s technical guides. Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility. Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product. Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards and deployment methods. Ensure that the right products are created by communicating their needs to the team. Development and implementation of requirements into POCs or full-scale solutions Collaborate with Client and Team to create proofs of concept. Groom and refine Product Backlog in liaison with stakeholders by breaking down the project into smaller parts and laying out the requirements and assignments clearly. Estimate development time. Own the design of platform solutions, taking into account scalability, technical debts, maintenance efforts. Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team. Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design. Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing and deployment. Ensure that the process complies with the chosen architecture. Ensure that the product is scalable for future changes and other updates. Go live and maintenance of solution (within existing systems/ platforms and as an integrated part of other processes) Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc. Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience. 7+ years of overall development experience (Salesforce or other tech-stack). Hands-on experience with integration techniques of Salesforce. Experience with developing data models and data flows. Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud. Leadership skills to designate duties and coordinate with the right members. Excellent communication related to explaining the project, its mission and deadlines, expectations, and responsibilities. Detailed and creative thinking – ability to manage a significant number of details correctly, moving through obstacles with the help of alternative solutions or creative ways of solving problems.
