Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, previous consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Aspiration and willingness to work on complex Salesforce implementations within a growing team of colleagues.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish is essential.
  • Certifications: Current Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Business Analyst, are highly preferred. If not certified, a willingness to achieve relevant certifications within the first 6-12 months is expected.
  • Solution Architecture: Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and service processes, including lead management, opportunity management, case management, customer service automation, and underlying integrations.
  • Customer Skills: Ability to work closely with clients to define business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading large-scale projects, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
