Description

Salesforce Solution Specialist (m/f/d) / Greater Innsbruck area / Permanent full-time contract

Here, you won't be sitting in some isolated IT department receiving requirements. You'll be close to the processes, speaking directly with the specialist departments and getting a firsthand look at what's actually happening in the company, from sales and service to marketing and other related business areas.

As a Salesforce Solution Specialist (m/f/d), you're not a lone wolf, but rather part of a small, efficient Salesforce team. Communication is direct, doors are open, and exchanges are straightforward. A weekly team meeting ensures alignment, while otherwise, there's a high degree of autonomy rather than micromanagement. And if a question arises, the nearest coffee break is often quicker than the next video conference.

The role is diverse and exciting: you will analyze requirements, develop Salesforce solutions, manage integrations and automations, and guide projects from initial concept to implementation. You won't simply be expected to react to requirements; you'll be encouraged to identify areas for improvement and proactively address them. The role is diverse and exciting: you will analyze requirements, develop Salesforce solutions, manage integrations and automations, and guide projects from initial concept to implementation.
