About this role We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Specialist to help lead and evolve AIDoc’s Salesforce platform as the company scales. This role is central to ensuring Salesforce effectively supports our business teams while remaining reliable, scalable, and easy to use. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, Delivery, and others, providing ongoing support, leading system improvements, and translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys combining technical expertise with strong business partnership. Responsibilities Being a trusted business partner to Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, Delivery, and other teams, understanding their needs and challenges. Lead requirements gathering and translate business requests into scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing day-to-day Salesforce support, including troubleshooting issues, responding to user requests, and ensuring smooth system operation. Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, page layouts, Automations, systems rules, and permissions. Design and implement automations and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency and data quality. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, innovation, and better user experience as the company scales. Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems and tools Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce as a Specialist, admin, system analyst, or similar role in a growing organization. Strong Salesforce technical skills and hands-on experience, including Salesforce product knowledge, configuration, flows, automations and security model. Proven experience acting as a system analyst — gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating needs into scalable system solutions Ability to work as a business partner to multiple stakeholders, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical teams Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience of leading Salesforce end-to-end projects - from design, to implementation, testing and rollout plan. Multi-tasking and ability to work independently Excellent communication and training skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or computer science.
