  • Deliver Salesforce projects, continuous improvements, training, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and data insights to support informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide technical expertise, best-practice recommendations, and strategic support to optimise business processes and platform performance.

Conveniently based in our modern offices within Perth Children’s Hospital, this a full-time, ongoing position.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related field) and Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder), or equivalent experience.

You Will Also Possess The Following

  • Experience administering Salesforce CRM and supporting integrations.
  • Strong user training and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing data migration and system improvements.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and not-for-profit organisations highly regarded.

If you meet many, but not all, of the role requirements, we encourage you to apply. We also welcome you to mention any career breaks in your cover letter to help us understand your journey.
