We are seeking a Staff Consultant who will be responsible for successfully implementing Salesforce features and functionality in a collaborative and supervised team environment. In this capacity, they will become an expert in multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds), technology, implementation and methodology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with the following Salesforce Clouds preferred: (e.g., Sales, Service, Field Service, CPQ, Revenue, Marketing, Experience Clouds)
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with appropriate level of business analytical skills
  • Ability to work with solution architect to design and optimize business processes and solution configuration across disparate systems
  • Ability to accommodate changing business requirements and proactively communicate them
  • A basic understanding of data structures and enterprise application integration
  • Collaborative Professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce Administration certification required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience preferred
  • Implementation experience with ISV / 3rd Party Salesforce products (e.g., CTI or document generation tools) and Integration platforms a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assigned tasks
  • The following Salesforce certifications are preferred:
  • Salesforce Advanced Administration
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • AI Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Execute on concurrent consulting engagements primarily in a functional capacity
  • Assist with analyzing and documenting client business requirements
  • Document Use Cases based on client business requirements via clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Apply implementation and configuration best practices based on solution experience and process knowledge across multiple Salesforce Clouds and components (e.g., Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds)
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain / update project plans and status on assigned tasks
  • Develop test cases and facilitate SIT and UAT solution testing, issue resolution
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for End User training
  • Complete and validate data migration tasks using Salesforce.com DevOps tools
