Learn more at betsol.com Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator with development capabilities to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The primary focus will be on administration, configuration, and user support, with secondary responsibilities in custom development and automation. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration (Primary Focus - 70%) Platform Management Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and security settings Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products Monitor system health, data quality, and storage limits Manage sandbox environments and coordinate release management activities Process Automation & Workflows Design and implement business processes using Flow Builder and Workflow Rules Create approval processes to streamline business operations Develop and maintain email templates, alerts, and automated communications Implement and manage assignment rules, escalation rules, and auto-response rules Data Management Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy Execute data imports, exports, updates, and mass deletions using Data Loader and Import Wizard Create and manage data backup and recovery procedures Develop and enforce data governance policies User Support & Training Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and issues Provide end-user training and create documentation for new features and processes Troubleshoot user issues and implement solutions Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business intelligence Create complex reports using filters, groupings, and formulas Design executive dashboards for leadership visibility Schedule and distribute automated reports to stakeholders Development (Secondary Focus - 30%) Customization & Development Write and maintain basic Apex classes, triggers, and test classes for custom functionality Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) Knowledge to Implement custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Work with tools like Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and version control systems (Git) AppExchange & Integration Management Evaluate, install, and configure AppExchange packages Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications Support integration monitoring and troubleshooting Required Qualifications Experience 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience Technical Skills Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration: workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics Working knowledge of Apex programming, triggers, and classes Familiarity with Lightning Web Components and/or Aura Components Understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Knowledge of API integrations and web services Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to gather and document business requirements Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams Strong organizational and time management skills Qualifications Education: BE/BTECH in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
