JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re actively seeking a talented Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Newport Beach, CA.
As a Salesforce Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by working closely with our Consumer Markets Division stakeholders to enable and optimize the CRM to align with business processes . You will fill a role that sits on a team of ~25 people in the Salesforce CoE. Your colleagues will include analysts, developers, and fellow Salesforce professionals who support sales, service, and marketing teams across Pacific Life.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING:

2+ years of experience in translating business needs into effective software solutions, in the role of a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, working in an Agile software delivery model
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds preferred
Basic configuration experience in Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and list views preferred
