We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our growing teams. Our System Admins are responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities: User and License Management: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. Oversee new user setup and deactivation, ensuring proper access levels and compliance with organizational policies. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce systems to meet the organization's needs. This includes creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, and approval processes. Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing best practices for data management. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks. Manage system upgrades and integrations with other applications. User Support: Provide prompt and effective support to users, resolving issues and answering questions. Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials and sessions to help users effectively use Salesforce. Maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate system changes effectively. Requirements: 3+ years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator with additional experience as a Business Analyst in a business facing environment. Specific knowledge in at least one of the following skill sets OmniScript, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, Field Services Lightning or Service Cloud Experience with requirements gathering and UAT.
