- Bilingual German/English

 Must have skills:

1. Minimum of 5+ year hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development (Overall 6+ IT experience)
2. Lightning (AURA/LWC Project experience)
3. Integration(at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
4. Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud / Community cloud experience
5. Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, best-practices for limit-informed development and security best practices
6. Experience on deployment through change sets , Metadata, ANT based tools , experience in using git or similar tools for code management
7. Good communication skills (specially Verbal)
8. Self-motivated and creative, ability to mentor and coach small technical team with proper guidance
9. Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform
10. Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within agreed timeline
11. Hand-on development

 Nice to have skills:

1. SF Certification PD1/PD2, JavaScript Developer 1
2. Experience in Development/deployment using SFDx
