In this role you will partner with the services teams, product team and customers directly to architect, design and implement custom solutions or integrations on top of the products and force.com platform. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of custom solutions on top of their products or Salesforce products by discovering, designing, testing and deploying to production. Develop integrations with 3rd party tooling for their customers to their products. Partner closely with the services teams for best practices in implementation, product team for gaps or roadmap recommendations and sales engineers for what they deliver. Support the people to be more successful by helping develop any internal tools necessary. Provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and coding standards. Experience 2+ years of experience in project-based delivery of custom software solutions and integrations. Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, and working knowledge of its proprietary languages, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components, or comparable demonstrated experience with client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, etc.). Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs. Proven ability to lead customer meetings and workshops, especially in a business-focused capacity. Familiarity with cross-functional team engagements, especially in working between a product management team and professional services team. Innate desire to document, templatize, automate and define a process around everything you do that is repeatable and set up for scale. Willingness to mentor and develop those around you. Ability to travel in approximately 10-15% capacity as-needed and is safe. Work Model – Hybrid Employment Type - Full-time Salary - The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $130,000-$150,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
