Salesforce Technical Architect

Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect / Technical Architect with extensive Salesforce architecture experience to lead complex CRM transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) and must hold both Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect certifications.Experience within the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain is highly desirable, particularly exposure to Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.Mandatory Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience as a Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect / Senior Technical Architect.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and CRM architectures.
  • Salesforce Application Architect Certification – Mandatory.
  • Salesforce System Architect Certification – Mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience producing and reviewing:
  • High-Level Designs (HLD)
  • Low-Level Designs (LLD)
  • Solution architecture documents
  • Technical architecture blueprints
  • 14+ years of CRM experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
  • Strong Salesforce 360 Platform architecture knowledge.

If you bring a strong blend of hands-on technical and functional skills and experience then this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key, lead role across the full lifecycle of projects and make an impact.

Responsibilities:In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients and will design, build and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to solve real world business problems.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead and take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. This is a role which will give you lots of variety, and your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Managing client stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
  • Hands-on configuration, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS and other custom solutions when needed.
  • Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
  • Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.


Requirements:You will need to be a dynamic, hands-on Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You might currently be working at a boutique Salesforce partner and looking for a change, or perhaps you're in a larger consultancy or SI and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast-paced environment where you can wear different hats and make an impact.

  • Key Skills & Experience:Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable and willing to wear multiple hats across different projects.
  • Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
  • Technical capabilities, with hands-on configuration skills and experience spanning Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, data modelling, integration.
  • Salesforce Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning.
