THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Salesforce Technical Consultant is responsible for solutioning and implementing Flextrack’s product capabilities based on client-specific requirements. The individual works closely with Pro-Code developers, Salesforce administrators, and stakeholders to ensure product-based solutions remain scalable, configurable, and reusable, reducing custom work while improving implementation efficiency.
This role contributes to translating business and technical requirements into repeatable solution frameworks, leveraging Salesforce, Flow Builder, and Low-Code development tools to drive efficient deployment. The individual supports technical execution efforts, ensuring solutions align with best practices while remaining flexible to client needs. This role also contributes to process improvements and knowledge sharing across teams.
Day to day you will:
Technical Execution & Low-Code Development
- Take ownership of technical delivery from discovery to build, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and escalating issues when needed
- Implement scalable, reusable solution patterns to ensure efficient customization without excessive technical debt
- Configure and develop workflows, automation, and support integrations under the guidance of senior team members, aligning product capabilities with client requirements
- Assess technical challenges within projects and determine whether to resolve them independently or assign/escalate to team members with specialized expertise
- Support best practices in Salesforce data modeling, security, and process automation, ensuring consistent and efficient implementations while adhering to enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards
Solution Implementation and Workflow Automation
- Lead implementation efforts for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client needs
- Implement and refine workflow automation based on predefined solution frameworks while adapting to project-specific requirements
- Leverage Salesforce Flow Builder, Apex (when necessary), and API integrations to streamline deployments
- Optimize system configurations, declarative workflows, and UI components to enhance usability and adoption
- Work with development teams to identify opportunities for automation and Low-Code enhancements that improve scalability
Process Improvement & Technical Enablement
- Adhere to established governance and best practices for configuration management and deployments
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reducing manual effort through automation and standardization
- Support technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams to ensure consistent adoption of best practices
- Ensure project-specific learnings are fed back into broader process improvement efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Contribution
- Collaborate closely with development, client delivery, and product management teams to align solutions with product roadmaps and technical strategy
- Take the lead on assigned projects, engaging the right team members as needed to ensure successful delivery
- Develop expertise in Salesforce-based automation and workflow configuration
- Ensure solutions align with best practices for scalability and maintainability
- Contribute insights into platform enhancements and scalability considerations, supporting future product improvements
- Ensure solutions are designed for long-term maintainability and extensibility while reducing custom development efforts across implementations
