This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the BearingPoint team as a Salesforce Technical Lead, driving Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud initiatives and projects. Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with users to define initial requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
  • You will lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements, identifying solutions that meet client needs.
  • You will design and document flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce Clouds to adapt to dynamic needs.
  • You will act as the link between functional analysts and technical developers, transforming requirements into actionable designs, development approaches, and implementations.
  • You will communicate your vision and designs effectively to others, creating clear documentation and presenting solutions with confidence.
  • You will work with our sales team on Salesforce bids and tenders.
