Description
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Own end-to-end technical delivery across configuration, customization, and integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architecture. Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/IBM/others), Platform Events, and Integration Patterns. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth sprint delivery. Mentor and guide developers on Salesforce development and integration best practices. Own deployment planning and release management in CI/CD environments. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. 3+ years experience in a Technical Lead capacity. 6+ years experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Chat, and Flows. 6+ years experience using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, Triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future). 6+ years experience in Salesforce Integration patterns: REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Callouts, Middleware. 5+ year experience working with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and deployment pipelines. Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, Application Architect. Experience in middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience with Einstein Bots, Omni-Studio, or industry-specific solutions.
