Description
📍 Melbourne | 5 days in-office 💰 up to $100k + super 🚀 Own & Scale a Mission-Critical Salesforce Platform About the Company We Are Mobilise is a fast-growing, tech-enabled not-for-profit working to solve homelessness. Salesforce sits at the core of how we deliver programs, manage relationships, and report on impact. As we scale, we’re evolving our platform into a unified system that brings together program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational data. What You’ll Do This is a broad, high-impact role that goes well beyond standard Salesforce admin work. You’ll operate across system ownership, product thinking, and hands-on development - owning Salesforce end-to-end and shaping how it evolves. Own Salesforce day-to-day - users, permissions, data integrity, system health Act as product owner - translate program and business needs into practical solutions Partner with consultants - play a key role in the transition to Agentforce Nonprofit Build & enhance - flows, automations, dashboards, custom objects, and reports Manage integrations - APIs, Slack, email marketing, and external tools Drive platform evolution - consolidate tools and create a scalable, maintainable environment What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience Strong admin + build capability (Flows, data model, automation) Ability to translate real-world business needs into Salesforce solutions Experience working with integrations, APIs, or connected systems Comfortable owning decisions and working autonomously Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders Bonus if you have: Salesforce certifications Experience working alongside implementation partners Not-for-profit or start-up experience Apex or Lightning Web Components experience Why Join Us This isn’t a role where you maintain a system - you’ll own and shape it. End-to-end ownership of a mission-critical platform Real impact - your work directly supports programs tackling homelessness Broad scope across product, engineering, and operations High-autonomy role in a fast-growing organisation We’re a high-velocity, in-person team - working together in the office 5 days a week. That’s intentional. It’s how we move quickly, solve problems in real time, and build a strong, aligned culture. 👉 Apply Now If you’re looking for a role where you can combine technical depth, product ownership, and real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.
