REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant
o 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years in architectural roles.
o Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations (REST/SOAP).
o Strong knowledge of DevOps, SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps.
o Expertise in data modelling, ETL tools – Informatica, Qlik-Sense, and LDV performance tuning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with Mulesoft, and external system integrations.
· Familiarity with AI-driven Salesforce features.
o Lead end-to-end solution design across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Industry Cloud etc.)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Technical & Solution Architect with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and governing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and domains. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, DevOps, data strategy, and security, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Lead end-to-end solution design across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Industry Cloud etc.)
o Oversee requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution fit assessments.
o Lead design workshops with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional and technical designs.
o Establish and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
o Design robust security models, field-level security, and role hierarchies.
o Define and optimize data models, master data management strategies, and large data volume handling.
o Act as the trusted advisor for executives, product owners, and development teams.
· Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
o Support sales teams with solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and architecture proposals.
o 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years in architectural roles.
