Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts for medium to large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Experience with manual testing of Salesforce projects using Agile Scrum methodology. Familiarity with testing, including validation of screens and user interfaces in Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud environments. Effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and strategies in a collaborative atmosphere, leading and influencing positive quality results among testing teams. Proven experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes. Demonstrated experience as an IT Quality Assurance professional for small to large projects. Experience in developing test strategies and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management. Proficiency in risk-based testing approaches to determine testing scope. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) is a must; Commerce Cloud experience is a plus.
