• Support all testing-related matters, including setting strategies, approaches, standards, and key success factors for various testing phases.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Scrum Masters, Agile Project Managers, Actuaries, Developers, and external vendors to ensure testing quality standards are met.
• Design, develop, maintain, and monitor automated regression tests.
• Produce UAT testing approaches and plans, ensuring traceability to business requirements.
• Align testing activities with strategy, approach, and standards, using a common documentation platform (e.g., Confluence).
• Understand and support LSM & GRS Change Control Board (CAB) processes.
• Promote Agile Test-Driven Design (TDD) and embed unit test case creation in development teams.
• Organize and run testing meetings/sessions as needed.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with the overall test strategy and documentation standards.
