SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to support quality assurance across our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on validating custom development and integrations through functional and regression testing. The ideal candidate excels at identifying issues early and writing clear, actionable defect tickets to drive efficient resolution.

• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive test cases
• Execute functional testing to ensure new features and workflows meet defined acceptance criteria
• Perform regression testing to confirm existing functionality remains unaffected by recent changes
• Use SOQL and SQL to validate data accuracy and confirm backend processes are functioning correctly
• Write clear, actionable defect tickets with reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and relevant context
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members throughout the testing lifecycle
