REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology-related roles (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
  • Personality: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Driving License: Must have UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and support implementation.
  • Provide superb after-sales support, gather client feedback, and nurture long-term client satisfaction.
  • Keep informed about IT market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify, prospect, and approach potential clients in target industries.
  • Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
