JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Salesperson to actively seek out and engage prospective customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a salesperson, sales representative, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
• 2-3 years experience in Sales or similar role (with background in Generators is another plus)

• Identify and approach new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Develop strong product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or solutions
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Track sales and report on performance using CRM tools or sales tracking systems
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, or events as needed
