Job Description Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with beautiful, quality products? We are looking for enthusiastic Salespeople to join our team across our Ground floor, across Menswear, Accessories, Childrenswear and Homewares. If you have previous retail experience, a love for great products, and a proactive attitude, we’d love to hear from you! These areas offer a great mix of apparel, gifting, kitchenware, and everyday essentials, so no two days feel the same. You’ll help customers find what they’re looking for by offering friendly advice, sharing product knowledge, and making practical recommendations. Along the way, you’ll keep the space looking inviting, support with merchandising and replenishment, and help ensure the department runs smoothly during busy periods. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service, sharing your product knowledge and styling advice Maintain a well-presented and fully stocked department Use your initiative to stay on top of tasks in a busy environment Attend product training sessions to expand your knowledge Work collaboratively with the team and assist across the wider department when needed Successful Candidate Attributes Previous retail experience A genuine love for fashion, home styling, or quality merchandise Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding service Strong teamwork skills and flexibility A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards Additional Information Applications close 20th March 2026.
