Pay Range: $44,000 - 159,000 annually (100% Commission Based) Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle This is not your typical sales job! Make a positive first impression Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently.
