DESCRIPTION:

Barbeques Galore PTY Limited is seeking a Salesperson - Casual for our Helensvale location. This role, reporting to the Regional Manager QLD, falls under the category of Retail Assistants and offers a casual position. As a Salesperson - Casual at Barbeques Galore Pty Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Helensvale store. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the perfect barbecue or outdoor furniture to meet their needs
• Offering product knowledge and advice to customers on the features and benefits of various products
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
• Contributing to achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Participating in stock management and inventory control processes
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service would be advantageous.
