THE ROLE

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Executive (English & French) with 3+ years of sales experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and passionate about helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome clients in-store, online, and by phone
• Present diamond, metal, and custom design options
• Close sales and follow up with prospects (minimum 4 follow-ups per client)
• Prepare orders, coordinate with designers, and track production
• Participate in product & lifestyle video shoots
• Contribute to social media posting and engagement
• Conduct a monthly guard (inventory check)
• Support VIP client relations and daily store operations
