Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Consultative Approach Ask questions, listen carefully, and present options so customers can make confident decisions. Personalized Communication Respond promptly to inquiries and send short video introductions or walkarounds when appropriate. Customer Journey Management Coordinate test drives, assist with trade-in evaluations, explain financing options, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to delivery. Technology & Process Use CRM tools to document communication, manage follow-up, and maintain organized records. Relationship Building Maintain post-sale communication, encourage referrals, and represent Palm Springs Kia professionally within the community.
