Description Job Description: Kiefer Mazda is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative. As a pivotal member of our sales department, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements. Provide information about available Mazda vehicles, features, financing options, and incentives to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the performance and features of Mazda vehicles. Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, pricing negotiation, trade-in appraisal, and financing arrangements. Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on Mazda products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
