Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive inventory management Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively Proficiency with CRM software and retail math to analyze sales data and forecast performance Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and B2B sales techniques to close high-value deals Experience in sales management or supporting dealership operations is a plus Exceptional customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Professional appearance Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening
