We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education : Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language : Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Skills :
  • Demonstrated ability to present product lines effectively to key partners such as Architects, Builders, and Interior Designers.
  • Strong command of MS Office and internet-based reporting.
  • Resourceful, patient, with excellent clarity in communication.
  • Experience managing multiple products and locations is a plus.
  • Attributes :
  • Performance-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and a proven achiever.
  • Additional Requirements :
  • Must possess a Class 3 driving license.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our extensive flooring product range, including carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, rugs, and more.
  • Step into the world of interiors with a renowned brand. Engage with customers during road shows and travel opportunities for international

exhibitions

  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge, including unique selling points, to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Build new client relationships through proactive methods such as cold-calling and door-knocking, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ability to interpret contract legalese and assess its implications for both the company and the customer.
  • Communicate confidently, concisely, and clearly, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively and sales opportunities are successfully closed.
