As a Salesperson at Harbor Painting, you’ll be the first point of contact with clients, helping them make confident, informed decisions while representing the Harbor Painting brand. With a robust in-house sales system, strong marketing support, and access to qualified leads, you’ll have everything you need to succeed. We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, personable, and driven to meet and exceed goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 or more years of in-home sales or renovation sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with high integrity and strong follow-through
• Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools is a plus
• Comfortable with canvassing, lead generation, and goal-oriented work
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays as required

• Conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate project estimates
• Follow up on warm leads and generate your own through referrals, reactivations, and canvassing
• Maintain detailed knowledge of services and pricing
• Hit sales targets of $1M+ annually at a minimum of 50% gross profit margin
• Guide clients through each step with transparency, care, and professionalism
• Maintain an average job size of $7,000 or more
• Ensure a client satisfaction score of 90% or more.
• Track all client interactions and follow SOPs using company-provided technology
• Attend weekly team meetings and training
• Represent the company at four home shows annually (weekends required)
