As a leader in the bedding industry, we offer an impressive range of products including Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster mattresses, ensuring our customers get the best sleep solutions available. The Salesperson will be pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect mattresses and accessories to enhance their sleep experience. Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance in their shopping journey. Engage customers by assessing their needs and recommending suitable products that meet their requirements. Demonstrate product features and provide insightful information about our various mattress options. Process sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain an orderly and inviting showroom, ensuring all displays are well-stocked and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Achieve individual and store sales goals by actively promoting current promotions and offers. Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive sales environment. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus. At least 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or bedding industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care. Male / Female. 25 to 35 years old.
