Job Description The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up. OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $80,000 - $120,000+ / year If meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas *The Salesperson Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base Monthly Draw of three-thousand dollars a month. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also has a pay-by-production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit* Schedule: FULL TIME 5 days a week / 2 days off Sundays off Weekend availability required Sales Floor Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 am to 8 pm Saturday: 9 am to 8 pm Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k plan with company match Paid Time Off accrual Sundays off Closed for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day Employee discounts on purchasing and leasing cars Access to all our 100+ stores' inventory Opportunities for career advancement within a Fortune 500 company Qualifications Previous experience in a quota-driven sales role. Must be open to working weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
