We focus on affordable used cars, with most vehicles priced under $5,000, $10,000, and $20,000.

What You’ll Do

  • Talk to customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle.
  • Explain features, mileage, and car history in a clear and honest way.
  • Keep track of our inventory and learn about the cars on the lot.
  • Follow up on leads from Facebook Marketplace, AutoTrader, CarGurus, and walk-ins.
  • Negotiate prices within dealership guidelines and close deals.
  • Help with paperwork and make sure the sales process runs smoothly.
  • Work with the manager to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Assist with social media marketing by making car reels or short videos
  • Preference given to candidates have some already some car selling experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience is an asset, but not required — if you’re good with people and motivated, we’ll train you.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented — you like the challenge of earning commission.
  • Comfortable being on camera for car walkarounds or short social media reels.
  • Basic computer and social media skills (posting ads, replying to messages).
  • Valid driver’s license
