Responsibilities

TEAM/ROLE OVERVIEW

Citi is looking to hire a Salesperson to work as part of the Leverages Sales team within Global FX in London.
You will support the team with its objective to be the industry leading coverage team and trusted advisor to our most important clients; concentrating on securing the most economically appropriate share of wallet by managing our valued resources responsibly, as well as protecting our clients and the franchise through our relentless commitment to control built on the highest standards of personal ethics and responsibility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a producing member of the Leveraged FX Sales team
  • A significant contributor to the team’s CV
  • Offer full range of FX products / services with a focus on FX products in a macro environment
  • Advise clients on trading strategies, hedging foreign exchange exposure
  • Together with Sales, Trading, business and functional partners, she/he will help lead our effort to be the industry leading coverage team and trusted advisor to our most important clients.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to protect our clients and the franchise through a relentless commitment to control and governance built on the highest standard of personal ethics and responsibility
  • Actively cover a portfolio of Global Hedge Fund clients and back up clients covered by the desk, when needed.
  • Work closely and form strong relationships with their desk, global coverage partners, across product and trading
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients at multiple levels of the organization
  • Coordinate thought leadership resources for the desk
  • Implementation of the broader strategy for the Leveraged client segment
  • Staying on top of the regulatory and industry changes and competitive landscape
  • Adhere to and cascade all FXLM supervisory training and tools to assist in creating a culture of responsibility to our clients, our shareholders and each other
