JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily Operations

• Primary responsible to increase sales by selling products and meeting the customer needs
• Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Examine products being purchased for damages, expirations, and product accuracy inside the packaging.
• Replenishes the stocks on display and ensures the availability of stocks in the selling area
• Making sure that merchandise are arranged properly on display
• Ensure a High level of satisfaction through excellent services

1. Customer Engagement

• Acknowledge the presence of the customers by greeting them with a smile and maintaining eye contact.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
• Describe merchandise and explain use and operation, provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance of the product
• extend help and assistance to the customer/patient who is in a wheelchair or with crutches, handicapped or person with a disability that might need assistance by carrying the item/s bought and assisting them in going back in their car.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
