Job Description OVERVIEW As the Office Manager for our new NYC location, you will play a critical role in both launching and sustaining a brand-new office in a key global market. You’ll bring Amer Sports workplace standards to life locally while ensuring the office operates seamlessly as it grows. You will lead the setup, activation, and ongoing management of the workplace, implementing established practices, adapting them to the NYC environment, and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for employees and visitors. As the office scales, you will create an environment that reflects Salomon’s brand and values. Working closely with People & Culture, Facilities, IT, Brand Marketing, and external partners, you’ll act as a central connector across people, process, and place, removing operational burden so teams can focus on growth and market impact. Salary Range: At the time of this posting, the estimated base salary range in New York is $100,000 – $110,000 USD. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, job-specific skills, relevant experience, education, and training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience. Please note that the mentioned pay range represents the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits package.
