As a Salon Coordinator at Nine Zero Salon, you will play a pivotal role in managing salon operations and enhancing the client experience. This position is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while supporting our talented stylists and beauticians.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a salon or beauty industry role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in front desk management or similar administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of hair and beauty services is an advantage.

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Assist in upselling salon services and products to enhance revenue.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on best practices in customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
• Collaborate with stylists to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
